Offensive Security
Penetration Testing & Red Teaming
Deep technical testing across networks, applications, cloud and industrial systems, run by the people who write the report, against a scope you agreed before we started.
What we cover
8 services in this practice area, scoped on their own or combined.
-
Internal & External Network Testing
Identify misconfigurations, vulnerable services, weak authentication and lateral movement paths across your infrastructure. From the perimeter inwards, and from a compromised workstation outwards.
-
Web, Mobile & API Application Testing
Authenticated, role-aware testing for injection flaws, broken access control, authentication weaknesses and business logic abuse. The category automated scanners consistently miss.
-
Red Team Operations
Full-scope adversary simulation against a defined objective. We test your people, processes and detection capability together, and measure not just whether we got in but whether anyone noticed.
-
Cloud Security Assessments
Configuration and identity review of AWS, Azure and GCP environments against CIS Benchmarks and provider guidance, with attack-path analysis across roles, keys and trust relationships.
-
Wireless & Physical Security Testing
Assessment of wireless network security, guest and corporate separation, and physical access controls, badge cloning, tailgating and reception process testing against a signed authorisation letter.
-
OT, SCADA & IoT Assessments
Specialised testing of industrial control systems, SCADA networks and connected devices. Passive-first methodology on live plant, with active testing confined to agreed maintenance windows or a lab replica.
-
Incident Management & Response
Structured triage, containment, eradication and recovery aligned to NIST SP 800-61, with a named incident lead and a written timeline you can put in front of a regulator.
-
Digital Forensics & Investigation
Forensically sound evidence collection, analysis and reporting to support incident response, disciplinary process, litigation and regulatory notification, with chain of custody maintained throughout.

How a test runs
-
01
Scope and authorisation
Targets, test windows, exclusions, escalation contacts and abort conditions are agreed and signed before any traffic is generated.
-
02
Reconnaissance and mapping
Attack surface enumeration, service and version identification, authentication surface mapping and exposure review, building the same picture an attacker would build before touching anything.
-
03
Vulnerability identification
Automated tooling establishes the baseline. Manual testing does the work that matters, logic flaws, chained weaknesses and access control gaps that no scanner reports.
-
04
Exploitation and privilege escalation
Findings are proven, not asserted. We exploit to the depth needed to demonstrate real impact and no further, and we stop and call you before anything that could affect availability.
-
05
Post-exploitation and impact
What could an attacker actually reach from here? We map the blast radius: data, systems and trust relationships, so the risk rating reflects your environment rather than a generic CVSS score.
-
06
Reporting and retest
Findings are written up, risk-rated and prioritised into a remediation plan. After you have fixed them, we retest and reissue the report with each finding marked verified.
What usually prompts a test
Most engagements start with one of these six. If you recognise yours, the first call is a short one.
-
A client sent through a security questionnaire and you could not answer half of it.
-
You are launching in weeks and nobody has looked at it from the outside.
-
Something got in. You need to know whether it is still there.
-
The last report was a scanner export and nobody knew what to fix first.
-
You moved to cloud and no one has checked what is exposed now.
-
You want a number to call at two in the morning, before you need it.
